Registration

All conference attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, presenters and guests are required to register for the conference.

Conference registration offers two options - the full registration rate, and the basic rate with the option to add specific events a la carte. Guests are also required to register and will use a seperate form.  

FULL Registration includes admission to the Sunday Welcome Fest (RSVP Required), the Monday through Thursday conference program, exhibits, early bird sessions, Tuesday Keynote Luncheon (RSVP required), Thursday National Awards Luncheon (RSVP required), Thursday Evening Networking Event (RSVP required), refreshment breaks, conference materials, and the conference participants list.

BASIC Registration includes the Sunday Welcome Fest (RSVP required), Monday through Thursday conference program, exhibits, early bird sessions, refreshment breaks, conference materials, and the conference participants list. BASIC Registration does not include the Tuesday Keynote Luncheon, Thursday National Awards Luncheon, or Thursday Evening Networking Event, however these events may be purchased a la carte.

STUDENT Registration includes admission to the Sunday Welcome Fest, the Monday through Thursday conference program, exhibits, early bird sessions, Tuesday Keynote Luncheon, Thursday National Awards Luncheon, Thursday Evening Networking Event, refreshment breaks, conference materials, conference participants list and a 2019 student membership. Student Registration is only available to a person enrolled in an accredited university or college pursing a degree on a full-time basis as defined by the university and not working as a full-time employee. A copy of your Enrollment Certification/Unofficial Transcript must be submitted with your registration to provide proof of eligibility. 

GUEST Registration includes the Sunday Welcome Fest (RSVP required), Exhibit Socials and conference tote bag. Additional registration fees are required to sign up and attend the tours, luncheons and the Thursday Evening Event.

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you cannot attend, written notice must be provided to the ASFPM Executive Office. Avoid the cancellation service charge by sending a substitute from your organization or choose to credit your paid registration fee to next year’s conference! Otherwise, cancellations postmarked up to 04/19/19 will be assessed a $100 service charge. No refunds will be made after 04/19/19. All registrations received by ASFPM are subject to the cancellation policy regardless of payment status. “No shows” will be charged the full amount. No refunds can be made for unused events (workshops, tours, etc.). This policy applies to all affiliated pre- and post-conference activities. EXHIBITORS – see special cancellation terms in the Exhibitors Agreement.
