ASFPM uses a single form to submit presentations for both concurrent session abstracts and for workshops. The Concurrent Session Submittal Form PREVIEW is available for review so you are prepared with all necessary information before you visit the Online Submission Form. Only submissions using the Online Submission Form will be considered. Submittal deadline: October 31, 2017. No abstracts will be accepted after that date.
Selected presentations will be combined with other abstracts with similar focus to create a cohesive session program. Individuals or companies submitting more than one abstract should list them in order of preference, as they may not all be accepted. Speakers are permitted to provide presentation-related handout materials to participants at their own cost. All selected presenters must register for the full conference.
All ASFPM program-related communications will be done through the person listed as the Presenter in the submittal. The Presenter for each abstract will be notified in January 2018 of acceptance of their presentation for the program. The on-site printed conference pocket guide will list the name of one presenter. Additional authors will appear in the official narrative program, which is made available online prior to the confernce. Presenters will be required to use portable media to transport and download their presentations on-site at the conference. Internet access will not be available in the meeting rooms.
